Backlash! Gun-control laws nullified
Yesterday's alert covered the subject of Federal encroachment on police authority, in particular with regard to unconstitutional 'gun-control'. This next item follows on very usefully, as it goes into considerable detail about how some local officials are not only rejecting new legislation, but actively "nullifying" gun-control laws already in place. These moves clearly suggest the drawing of lines in the sand but the question that follows is, just how much turmoil might be produced with regard to counteractions, federal or otherwise.
We hear that for instance NY Governor Cuomo has supposedly muttered something to the effect that he will find a way to remove sheriffs! As for literal federal response -- does the military get called in to 'suppress' these wicked upholders of the U.S. constitution? More power to those who actually take their oaths of office seriously and choose to uphold constitutional law. Go now and read "Backlash! Madison: 'All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.'"
