Cuomo strikes back at gun rights lawsuit
Andrew Cuomo, the Empire State governor, is facing a law suit brought by the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association about his "SAFE Act", but seeks its dismissal, doggedly sticking to his unconstitutional and misplaced attempts to increase 'safety'.
Restrictions within the new legislation are deemed by many as all but unenforceable in many cases, as well as playing on the word "assault" to cover much that even includes ridiculous cosmetic factors.
